EV can be refueled at home or anywhere really. Cheap, modular. And no need to transport the stuff around, though refueling takes time.

EV is clearly better, BUT the power network is not prepared for EVs. It would overload the grid when people come home at 7 and load their EVs at home. Shit would collapse immediately.
Look at half time during big football matches. Consumption picks up like 20/30% sometimes. No way the system could handle EVs.
