People might attempt to cash out to fiat. The crypto market can't support in amounts much greater than what's required to pay for the exchanges and miners. Any coin in the top 25 rising past certain psychological points would incite a bitcoin crash to prevent profit taking.

Essentially there's fuck all fiat backing this. The shit you put in in 2017 is long spent and there is a shortage of greater fools to back profit taking by small players. It's like how if LINK hit $10, there would be a large desire in many to liquidate 10K of their LINK and just enjoy $100,000 USD while watching the rest of the stack rise. A few hundred people doing that would be catastrophic for crypto as a whole.
