Its not an interesting stock to anyone, and the volume is pitiful compared to SHIP, just follow what SHIP does, if SHIP goes up +40%, then TOPS will probably pump as soon as the market opens, so just base your limits off of that. I'd honestly just wait it out till 0.40-0.50, that's my plan, since the stock is super boring and its really got no potential. SHIP is boring too, don't get me wrong, but it has a catchier name and it hasn't got a track record of being a shitter.
