I get that part, but I still don't see how this should yield higher returns than alternatives.
1. speculation (in a rational market) remains minimal as forcasted dividends are more or less easily predictable &/or directly correlated to DMG's price.
2. it looks like terrible opportunity cost. I'm not saying that it won't yield anything, but why swallow the yield-pill in such an immature & volatile market
