Network effects is what makes an oracle mechanism secure and reliable, it’s a snowball effect, as more node operators/data requestors come online the network simultaneously becomes more robust and simultaneously more secure. Chainlink already has a robust network of data providers, as well as data requestors through DeFi platforms such as Synthetix, Kava, BzX, etc. Who is pulling data requests from BAND or Tellor?
