good on you, try some water fasting while you're at it. I just spent 7 days water fasting in isolation with little to no electronic use and it changed my life. going to try to do mini versions every week. note, it was incredibly difficult and hellish doing this as all the shit i've done in the past comes up and haunts me because there is zero distraction, but you swallow it and come out the other side stronger. now i feel a lot stronger and lighter inside. work through the pain, accept things as they are, not how you want them to be. also no fappin' -good luck bro
