In the end, it really depends on what you value in your core. Me myself, I went through a few years reading stoicism, philosophy. Volume was average to a hair below average until the final mimutes minutes. There was good buy side action from 10 - 5 minutes before close. I think the market will crash hard (-60% to -90%), that covid will kill about 1% of the population (i.e. millions of Americans) and that we're in for a global depression.

When a stock runs up into earnings, there’s a very good chance investors will take profits after earnings and sell off. Sometimes he tells people to wait and see if you get a chance to buy cheaper, sometimes he tells you to buy half before and half after earnings.

When a stock sells off into earnings, that’s when you get a real nice chance for a pop after earnings if things are better than expected/feared.

thanks, and bless you, too. i like the idea of considering this life as a test, but if you keep the love of God in your life and accept his presence then you'll be okay ultimately (even into death obv). i kind of think of it like karma to a certain degree too. if you're a good person and do good things, good things will happen to you. if you are a bad person and do bad things bad things will happen to you. it's often not direct though. just because a drug dealer or mob boss has a lot of money doesn't mean they don't have other problems in their life that you might not even realize.

i don't believe in organized religion, that shit is just made by humans to control other humans, easy to see when you learn history. i have a personal relationship with God. i use the metaphor of Christianity because that's how i was brought up, but i think every religion is more or less a metaphor for the same thing. like they say in the movie dogma, "it doesn't matter what you believe, just THAT you believe".

life really sucks without God in it. we'll never truly know the real truth of it all but i at least know life without God and life with God and i know which one i've ultimately chosen, and im much happier as a result instead of angry, depressed, anxious, and lost all the time.

i went through some really hard times with a medical condition and thought i was gonna die, that was basically my "come to God" moment. you can be as clever as you want but you'll really find out who you are if you ever get into a situation where you legit think you're going to die. honestly don't know how an atheist would get through a situation like that. it's really easy in the good times but in the bad times? the really bad times? idk. i mostly think that those are where the suicides come from because they literally can't get through those times without any support like that.
