Gold is nice, but I think it really should be seen as a wealth preservation tool. It's not productive like miners are. It produces nothing. As a bull playing cyclicals, TQQQ is great since cash has been flowing into tech from other industries, but that would imply that the next place to be is utilities and energy (deflationary pressure), then raw materials. What is neat about the doombull idea is that we won't see deflation, but massive inflation after/during consolidation, so moving straight into miners and raw materials is probably the way to go.
