It could make the price pump because there could no longer be any valid concern about the project. Even if it doesn't make it pump directly, the audit opens up the door to new exchanges and also the team will also start advertising. Many big names in crypto would be more likely to promote it once they know that it is 100% legitimate. Any or all of these things would cause the price to go up.

It is a 3rd party firm that specializes in that sort of thing. They are looking for any problems with the code including errors, backdoors, and vulnerabilities. The code is available for inspection on github, but not everyone can read code, so they get a 3rd party to comb through the code and put their stamp of approval on it.

I don't use blockfolio but I think I remember other people saying that they are tracking it there. Try it and compare to Uniswap price and see if there is a difference or if there is lag like coingecko
