Done my shift, I do the early wagecuckin, makes it more tolerable imo; but yes it's hell. Remember this feeling, and when you go to buy things you do not need, re-live it, and use that money to invest instead.

yes but at least it's a short 9-2 shift 5 days a week which is tolerable

at least you have a job. I cant even get a foot in my industry. Been so desperate ive been applying for internship positions as well, but nobody even want me for free. Imagine that saying no to someone who wants to work for FREE. I'm less than a janny currently. And I guess it also doesn't help me that i'm a minority in this country.

sorry reposted cause of spelling errors. I graduated in 2018 and my grades are not the best, but also not terrible. I have done 2 internships already, but I was the only dev in my first internship so it wasn't very educational and the 2nd one was a team of 3 newbies so it was also not too good.
>Are you solid in non-useless language, like C++?
My biggest problem is im a jack of all trades so I always feel like an imposter if I say i "know" a language. I can say I have experience in java,c#, js, html/css, sql, nosql. Probably most experience with c# and im currently building a MERN stack project so i'm learning quite a bit of react and nodejs/expressJs currently. But honestly cant help but feel like I will never get an opportunity so my motivation is very low atm. If you wanna know what ive been doing for the last 2 years since i graduated ive been sick with a chronic disease which i still have, but can't let that stop me ofc.
>>19737915
bro nobody even wants to hire me as an intern shit is rigged. I even apply to startups that don't pay and still no response. I must be ugly or something.

Keep a savings growing and use it later for education or opportunities. The hardest part of escaping is not having the means. Even if it takes years it's better than just accepting fate.

I dont even want to be rich, I just want to make enough in dividends to not have to wage for 40 hours a week. That goal is what keeps me going day to day
