Look, you make some decent points, but your overarching thesis that selling link is a good idea right now is so fucking dumb it hurts. Just with the passive income we can make from steaking when it comes out in a few months alone we could easily afford the mortgage on a house in Kansas. Mortgage rates right now are barely above inflation, you would have to be fucking mad to sell your stack so you could buy a house outright right now. Not to mention houses will probably be 5-10% cheaper a year from now because of the massive unemployment which is going to make foreclosures go way up.
