Nah, I'm just paper trading right now while I learn more TA and company research. My trading is more focused on gains over a period of days rather than intraday so buying slightly past open on Monday and selling on close Tuesday is probably what I'll try doing on a few stocks that saw the largest % losses on Wednesday and Thursday.

Why do I get so angry, bros? I feel like this is something I've struggled with all my life. Sometimes I will just get irrationally angry at the most trivial things. Today I saw my mother for the first time since lockdown, but because I was required to work a little bit this morning, it ruined my mood and became even angrier when my mom showed up late to pick me up. It felt bad, especially because my mom was excited to see me after all this time, but I was just in a bad mood when I saw her. After reflecting upon this alone later today, I texted her and apologized. But I feel like getting angry like I did was totally uncalled for. What gives, bros? Maybe I need to leave the city... I want to start going to church again. I will pray to God for his guidance and to help me overcome this anger in my heart. Feels bad, bros. I love my mom and hate when I do this to her.

Hmm, T may be selling the games unit for 4 billion. As a share holder long as they maintain ownership of the games source material and license it out like they do the Universal parks attractions based on Harry Potter then I'd be ok with it. Hell Disney, Comcast and Viacom don't even create or develop games anymore so T would be merely following the trend and raking in the money. But keeping control is key. Next week for covered calls I am doing SWBI, CCL, and KR. SWBI and KR are quite solid. CCL is a bit of a gamble. You can also try Oracle, they are decently safe but also less rewarding. Last week I did CHWY, GME, and PLAY. CHWY and GME were good, but PLAY did not work out as well (just as I feared). Remember to do your own research!

In other news, you might want to learn about bonds. If you go to your brokers bond search, you can search for bonds with certain ratings and Yield to Maturity. The rating indicates the likelihood of bankruptcy, with A's being near zero, B's are safe-ish, and low B's and C's are probably going bankrupt. The yield to maturity is the percentage per year you make by holding the bond. This means if you bought a bond at 12% YTM, you're effectively earning 12% guaranteed per year. If a company does go bankrupt, it doesn't necessarily mean you lose everything either, you might still receive partial payment or shares/bonds in a new company if it survives a restructure.

Round trips are day trading in a nutshell. I do them all day.

On my TD amerirade think or swim, I have a counter that reads "3 day trades left" despite having a cash account well over 25K.

I spoke to an AT rep about it and he said that the counter is not to be trusted and I was double protected against the PDT and I could continue doing unlimited day trades.

Long story short, you should write down your trades in an excel sheet weekly to keep track of it since the counter is glitchy just in case.

You don't want to get locked down for 90 days.

For comparison, in March, MITT, another REIT had a book value of 0.75. That's 4X less than IVR's book value. Their earnings came out on friday, and they now hold a book value of 2.65, which is nearly a 4 fold increase from before. They are currently sitting at a share price of 5.15, which is higher than even IVR.

IVR announces their earnings on June 22nd. Their book value is guaranteed to go up, significantly higher than it's current book value of $3.

Those who don't get in now, are really going to regret it.

God I want to stagger limit buys and sells on open through 10AM EST with -12.5% avg and +12.5% avg values on 30% of my portfolio (indiv stocks).. I really feel a fake pump rally on open into another red week.
