Ex WV Coal Miner here. I assume you are talking about underground mining. It's not as dangerous as these faggots act like it is. With OSHA up your ass every second it takes a freak accident to kill you. And by freak accident I mean a chunk of rock comes down on your head so it does happen if you're really unlucky. Also, miners are a special breed and the chances that you would "fit in" and make it is almost zero.
