My ex-acquaintance's uncle lived in a van that he parked in a gas station. He would take some of our friends with him late at night to rob construction sites of scrap metal. You would probably have had a better shot robbing sites right after Coronachan lockdown, not sure if it's a good time now that everyone is getting back to work. Basically, if you want to get into scrap metal you either need to work for the mob or be a hobo who lives out of his van and drinks King Cobra
