You can. Buy btc or eth or monero from an offline trader. Just google buy offline x and you will find websites that connect buyers and sellers. Go to public place, give that guy cash, wait till the coins arrive on your wallet. Boom, you have cryptos that is going to be crazy hard to trace back on you.
