Team screams red flags to me. It's three people for a start. The CEO and CTO are clearly just friends who worked for the Bureau of Labour Statistics. CTO has a criminal lack IT experience for someone in his position.

Unless there's a shit tonne of information on the team that I'm not seeing on their website (and if its hidden away, that's a red flag in itself), this looks like an awful project to me.
