I threw $200 at idex as a meme a few hours before it jumped from like 60-70ish cents to 1.15 a few days ago because they were planning on opening a "Fintech Village" in a nearby upper middle class town.

They bought a pretty nice piece of land from the University of Connecticut and were planning on turning the old buildings into some mini business center. So far they've done very little as they found asbestos and whatnot. Right now the area is overgrown and residents are starting to demand action from IDEX to clean it up as there's fear of ticks and fleas.
