I've converted to long term hold, so eventually I am going to be right. The stock market will go up, the fed is not going to let the market fall apart. Theres no other vehicle for money but the stock maket. Savings basically lose money, treasuries basically lose money. cash loses money. Meanwhile the fed is nationalizing bad corporate debt, meaning theres no risk for the companies. If it pulls back its flashpoint fear, and will be rapid down and rapid up, and I hope that happens so I can capitalize on peoples foolishness. Just like I did at the start of this whole mess when I went 100% cash in february and bought calls after we began recovering, while people were calling for a second leg down. Every time we traded sideways I sold those calls and rebought them for less once we started going green, repeatedly, quintupling my portfolio value.
