the program really is just a few questions you are supposed to answer honestly. I really think the reason there's a price attached to it is because that way people are more likely to do it.

as to why it is shilled on fit: probably because fit is a board dedicated to self improvement. and honestly, I think it works. At least for me. And what I understood about the theory behind this it seems to make sense.

anyway if it's free you can try for yourself and otherwise you can listen to jordan peterson on the internet and decide for yourself whether this guy is full of shit or not.
