The coin is Epic Cash. 400k mcap mineable mimblewimble privacy coin that is the next in the line of MW moon missions. The project has been around for a few months now.
Within this rather short time they were able to get over 200k users for their smart wallet/encrypted messenger app.

Darkpay is a mineable token and currently only has 5 million coins in circulation and can be staked from their wallet that you can download on a mobile device.
