Put yourself in situations where you HAVE to succeed and your brain/body will make it happen. Repeat and build confidence.

I used.
I used to have a subconscious hatred of me through depression, then I realized that I was self sabotaging and still do on occasions, is hard to brake old and mostly subconscious habits.

But then you become conscious that you set yourself for failure and that's why nothing comes right so you consciously have to set your hand for success.
you have to supervise yourself on the things you do around friends and family and what not because you can't just sleep walk yourself in to the things you want like most people seem to do.
Your brain is geared to loose for whatever reason, to me was physical I have a birth defect that I was kind of a shamed so I would subconsciously set my self not be able to succeed just so I can keep my secrets hidden.

Is very fucked up when you set yourself to lose because you constantly have to check yourself, makes it difficult to enjoy things but at the end is worth it when you start seeing results.
