do you even know what you're posting anon? these are a handful of monogo users that couldn't figure out their phone/regions so the app wasn't opening because it's not open to the public yet.

here's a rough translation of the posts in order (excluding the team's response):

"After downloading I couldn't open on my phone."

"What's the number for WhatsApp customer support, I can't understand the code they sent me."

"Good day. The application is not active for Venezuela."

"The app downloads, but I can't open it???"

"The app isn't opening. I installed it twice and restarted the phone and it still wont open."

basically these people in Venezuela that want to use the app are probably using phones from other regions since Venezuela is probably not producing phones and technology right now and so the app isn't going to work as intended in the wrong regions.

none of these issues have anything to do with reserve itself other than they're limiting regions on purpose still. once they open up the app to all regions this wont even be a thing anymore. yeah they might still have other problems but this is literally being caused by them not being fully released yet, so what you're saying is that the demand for the app is so high that they can't fill it but this is supposed to be a bad thing??? lol
