Stop masturbating to boys' feet online and learn what it means to live a virtuous life.
Learn discipline and self-improvement and center your life around that. All else will follow.
It's all a matter of mentality so have some reads to help you motivate yourself (no self help books though). Lift, eat healthily, stay away from your addictions as much as possible. Also, don't ignore social interactions, they're an area of self-improvement just like any other, treat em as a chore if you must.
