How bad is it to postpone an interview due to a really unlucky circumstance?

I postponed my interview by a week because I caught the floo. I called and asked if I could have a phone interview as I was contagious, interviewer said to come in next week. I still had a cough when I interviewed and I got the job offer the next day.
