The crash was a liquidity issue as equity holders needed funds to pay off debt obligations as a result of the lockdowns. Also because corporate profits, which are supposed to be loose tie between the stock market and economic outlook, have stagnated since 2018.
I am bearish on literally everything about the economy for the next year or longer except the stock market and maybe gold. There might be a "rebalancing" from mega caps to small and mid caps - this would look like a "dip" because of how overbought the mega cap indices are- but there is simply nowhere else for liquidity to go.

You should first have a savings account with close to what you would need for 6 months if you lost your job, 8 preferable, before you invest (or at least investing will be a trickle). In general, the safest play which is also the most boring, is putting money into a low expense cost index fund that tracks the world stock markets or the us market since all markets variously follow it.
Some small fraction would go into a bond tracking index fund which performs better during economic downturns. A ballpark spread is 90/10.
There is some value to picking individual stocks but it requires doing a lot of study of companies that have potential for growth on long timespans of a several years or greater. Micromanaging your portfolio will usually hurt you in the long run.
thinkorswim is an app that I think doesn't require an ameritrade brokerage account that would allow you to "simulate" investing in the market with fake money. People use it to learn and practice strategies.

Depends on time scale and capital investment. Dividends, MLPs, and REITs are regular fixed payouts for holding the underlying over time. The annual payout will be a small fraction of the price. Meaning it requires a lot of capital investment to get significant secondary income. I think Europe has the equivalent of MLPs and REITs but can't say for sure. Keep in mind your government will almost certainly tax it, and tax it more heavily if you are not holding it for longer than a year.
Also I will repeat myself. Very few professionals can "beat the market" (aka index fund) on a consistent basis. They will have an incentive to tell you otherwise to charge you fees. Investing is primarily about diversifying risk and it really is hard to outperform a sampling basket of the entire market. Investing management is more about portfolio management. Not so much trying to pick particular winners in asset classes but the variety of assets themselves (stocks, bonds, real estate, cash, gold, whatever). To hedge against inflation and deflation by having assets that work well in both. That is where the 90% stocks/10% bonds portfolio I mentioned comes from.
Investing is looking at time scales of years to decades and doesn't really play well to constantly updated threads like /smg/. This is primarily a general for trading, which is very dangerous if you don't know what you are doing and can accept enormous risk.

You have to be careful with Dividends. They are not obligated to keep paying them and may actually pull them when times are tough (which is precisely when YOU might need that income as well). Royal Dutch Shell just did that for the first time in decades this quarter. Companies that are also doing poorly will look like they have great yields when its very likely they will suspend them entirely.
I would say the US company Johnson and Johnson has the most stable dividend on the planet and its 3% yield. There are also investment vehicles that will allow you access large pools of securities called ETFs. There are quite a few ETFs that are tailored to pools of stable dividend stoks. The advantage of this approach is, again, diversifying risk so the payouts are consistent. The tradeoff is that ETFs charge small annual fees that may eat into your potential gains. Quantum Computing is years out there. It is also not quite clear what it really gives you over traditional computers. In theory, the Quantum Factoring Algorithm might compel all computers to be quantum if a realistic one ever exists because it breaks a lot of encryption protocols used for consumer electronics. Modern Portfolio Theory would tell you to have a broad allocation of multiple companies across many sectors to hedge against any one company or sector taking a nose dive. Personally, I don't like MPT and think if you're going to do that just buy an index fund and a REIT and be done with it.
Otherwise I don't think anyone really needs more than 10 stocks.
Personally I use an index like a high volatility savings account.
My dividend focused portfolio is only made up of 7 stocks.
