Hey guys, if someone may have seen my nano ledger s's seed phrase words, do I need to change my seed phrase words? Does their possible viewing jeopardize my security?

Lost your recovery phrase?
Your Recovery sheet is a full backup of the private keys that provide access to your private keys. You must store it in a secure location. Anyone with access to your Recovery sheet can take your crypto assets without knowing the PIN code of your device.

If you do lose your Recovery sheet:

Immediately send all your crypto assets to temporary accounts, like an exchange service or another hardware wallet.
Enter three wrong PIN codes to reset your Ledger Nano S.

Wtf do you mean it wont let you send, go download electrum right now import your seed phrase, create a new seed phrase wallet on your ledger after wiping it then send over the funds, the ledger does not "store" your funds, you can spend your funds from electrum right now lol

Could I do this way: 1 incorrectly write pin three times. 2 enter seed words. 3 create new seed words. problem solved?

I dont know what entering the pin 3 times wrong does, thats specific to your ledger.

1) download electrum: https://electrum.org/#home
2) click "I already have a wallet/seedphrase" or whatever
3) enter seed phrase and a bip 39 passphrase if you have one, if you dont ignore the passphrase
4) you can see your btc balance and everything at this point
5) hard wipe your ledger and create a new seed phrase
6) send your btc which you have access to in step 4) to your new seed phrased ledger
