you can complain or even say it wasn't what you wanted and they will give them to you for free.

I ordered 400 tea packs for my mom and the box was ripped open, I mentioned it to amazon and they comped the entire pack.
the tea was fine, I didn't even expect it to be comped just advice for future shipments.

black wu long tea. you can use one serving of leaves all day (7-8 cups anyway) so it works out pretty cheap.
