I graduated with a bachelors in accounting a few years back and I'm currently working as a CPA, mostly middle-sized retailers and tech companies. The work is honestly feeling a bit too simple at times, so I really wanna go back to school and get a degree in mathematics, which is a subject I really like. Is there any way to use my accounting experience in a math focused career-path?

Don't go back to school, just be an actuary. All you have to do is take math tests. The pay is much better and the work is more challenging than accounting.
