This morning i had another migraine. I hardly get out of bed and saw from the window the last rays of the sun, which was obsucred by a large motionless cloud. Room fell into sudden dark, and a chilly breeze blew about the room. WFC and AIG are sitting there. It's longer than short term, however. I'll say XLU + TMUS VZ is medium to high risk. LQD and MUB is medium risk. again, unlikely to see appreciation like before. rates are already in the dirt. TLT is probably better since it's so long term, but maybe 10 or 10-20 year will do better.
