PSK might be a good one for longer term, limited upside, but it should pay well. it would probably do better to buy WFC at that point, which is just silly.

I think it's because the premium shot up since the yields got pushed into the dirt. The exisitng bonds in the portfolio have higher returns than what's being issued now. I wouldn't expect this again, but i can see the premium getting pushed down.
