Obscurity + has risk this mine has gone bankrupt twice under different management. It’s also to small for a large hedge fund / investment firm to really want to take the risk on them. Volume is another big problem in my experience it is fairly hard at least on the American market to acquire large amounts of this stock. I’m assuming that’s because many of the holders are holding for future updates
