Robinhood graphs are shit and only show you an average, not true real-time prices. To get Bid/Ask prices and important things like candlestick graphs, you should use a more robust platform.

Real brokers, like TDAmeritrade's thinkorswim. Otherwise you should be using tradingview.com, stockcharts.com, finviz.com, or a non-pile-of-shit for your graphing in addition to Robinhood.

I haven't dug too deep into this, just a cursory investigation. I only have a small position in CVM and think of them as a long shot - I'm not recommending anything. As you said, if somebody fucked up on a study this vital, what else is the company fucking up?

What do you guys think of NMM?
Their debt is pretty concerning, but with the whole shipping industry picking up and their diversified fleet letting them take advantage of different rates (unlike DRYS) I expect they'll have a good year. Notably, they paid a gigantic dividend right up until 3Q 2014 and they might start paying one again if this year is good, since they were founded with the intent of paying out most of their profits.

im for NMM big time. they refinanced debt, they also have beat their last 2 qtrs estimates over 600% one was even a 800% beat. the refinanced debt will put more cash in the companys pocket and not the lenders. the stock itself has been in accumulation the past year hence the sideways movement. One of their partners bought $100mil worth of shares at 2.10 they don't just buy that much unless the had extreme confidence in the stock price. they also just announced that they bought more ships to bring in more revenue.

NMM is shaping up for a good shipping year. BDI is up and there is a gap at $7 to fill with NMM

That was a public offering. NM bought much less, just to maintain a high proportion of shares outstanding. They also didn't pay in cash as far as I know.

are you talking about NMM or NM? NMM didn't sell those 47million shares to the public, it's in the filings... their "partner" bought them at 2.10 NMM got like 2.02 for each share the other .08 went to fees.

If you calculate the time they announced the sale to the time the sell closed the volume of each of those days added together DO NOT add up to 47mill. but yet the shares were sold?

People don't just empty their purse and buy $100 million worth of shares in a company unless they are extremely confident in the stock price.

I think NMM will see somewhere between $6-$7
