Is it possible to make it to corporate when starting off working in a fast food restaurant?

Not realistically. Get an MBA while you’re there and make the right connections, maybe.

Yes. It's called charisma. That being said is it likely? No.

No cuz mcd is a franchise and sold off most of their physical businesses to small business owners. Basically it’s an mlm

No, you're 30. Why would you want to go into corporate anyway? A lot of people get into corporate as wage slaves, it's not really rare. But they are always dead ended into paper pushing jobs and thankless existences. Corporate in terms of mid-tier to upper management is still filled with 40 year wage slaves or people who bullied/manipulated their way into those positions.

I will ask again: WHY THE FUCK WOULD YOU WANT TO GO INTO CORPORATE MCDONALDS?

listen closely

1. work as a manager at mcdonalds
2. pay attention to how they have you work, and how the company works
3. Use that knowledge moving forward

It depends what you mean by "make it to corporate". McDicks corporate GMs make six figures, but at the end of the day you're managing a McDonalds. I dunno about getting a desk job.

But yeah actually trying at fast food is a viable career path. Your competition is 60 year old geezers, low IQ immigrants, high schoolers, and butthurt marxist losers who think they're too good for the job. So just reliably giving a shit puts you ahead of 90% of the field.

you'd need a MINIMUM of 20 years in the "biz" before anyone took you serious. and at that point you MIGHT make it to regional manager

But this is a good temporary home, so the picture is silly in your context. You could work from home, walk to Mcdonalds and Walmart, and walk back. No need for a car payment, no need for car insurance. No need for big hauls to the store. No need for amazon prime delivery. Then when you become rich you buy a better home and buy things like a nice car or whatever. That house is the best house to be at in your twenties/early thirties.

Yes. But the key here is using the experience you gain from fast food, especially McDonalds, as a stepping stone. If you already have a job at one, become a manager, join H&S team, anything you can do to put on your resume. Use that to your advantage to land a high end job.
