When will the next pump start and how high will it get us?

Well smartcon was cancelled and most tellingly it seems there was no imminent partnership to be announced given it would have had to be revealed anyway in the time that has passed, unless it was quite immaterial anyway. So i don't see any real progress on link's end. It has been holding it's price well though where BTC has been struggling.

So when/if this global downturn ends at least partially and bitcoin rallies we will definitely see link gains. However god knows when that will be.

If they had something material we would have begun to see jobs run or simply revelation through other channels like the oracle integration, companies do need to discuss their projects. If an announcement requires no further news for months and the respective companies won't even be talking about it otherwise then it falls into the immaterial category.
