Hashrate is going up and down berserk after the halving until equilibrium is found. This takes months. And not only was it to be expected, we've known this would happen. It is inevitable to pump as soon as miners turned off, bigger miners have taken over, have sold off their reserves, and so on.
Are you all completely clueless and new to this?

You’re right! Best sell before everyone else catches on. I’ll buy your BTC from you now for $10 per corn only because I’m doing you a favour

>> No.19287396

Bitcoin is officially saturated, the Harry Potter lady, Elon Musk and that boomer investor guy did nothing to bring in new yuppies. From here on out BTC is just a bunch bagholding cultists. Death spiral engaged

You sold and are hoping to buy back cheaper BTC? Many such cases. Sorry Anon. Very unlikely to happen at this point.

first diff adjustment still looked at a time window that included blocks pre-halvening, so there will be a second, larger diff adjustment after that. once difficulty matches has power, the remaining miners will be in profit again.
in the long run you shizos are right though, bitcoin will actually die from its own issuance policy. but that will take more time.
