Ok, so I’m almost 30, and I didn’t realize I had serious problems with my life and social behavior until about 2 years ago. I could sense that all my family and friends knew I had some sort of problem, but they didn’t do anything to help me, they let me down. Like for instance, people need to tell me things directly, they can’t drop “hints”, although at my age I’m finally learning to understand “hints”. Don't worry anon I used to be pretty autistic myself, but I managed to get out of that hell. It took me 5 years, 5 fucking years of going out and learning things that I was supposed to be born with... shit was like going to college for the retarded. Luckily in my young ages I met some people who really appreciated my autistic views on some topics and they also happened to be extremely social, so I was getting invited to all kind of parties or reunions where I could practice.

Currently I feel pretty normal, could get a girlfriend easy, have a normal conversation, etc. The point is that you\re letting people have control over you because they can tell you don't understand these simple things, so they assume you're some retarded impaired simp. If u just don't want to talk to them or take their "hints" or follow their bullshit it's ok, but you must pick it up and let them know in the same way, even better if you can do it in a funny way.

Learn to communicate, learn comedy, learn to be creative. I\ve never been amazed by the simps who are masters at crushing numbers, maybe because I'm used to it too, I don't know –BUT I'm always amazed when I meet a very charismatic, fearless, natural person who just easily controls a crowd of people and everything is just around HIM. It fucking makes me think, how the fuck do you get there...

Personally, I understand that there's people for everything, and I cannot expect to be that good at everything I do. I wouldn't like the attention or the demandings of being extremely social. I just think that you have to polish your weaknesses.

You overthink things. Meditate and get out of your head, understand that simple decisions have simple consequences, and making a mistake for a simple decision is trivial compared to making a mistake with a complex decision. It is ok to make trivial mistakes, so no need to overthink trivial matters. Furthermore, if you overthink on too many trivial things, you’ll start to under-think about things that matter.

Not every choice needs to be perfect, it is ok to be arbitrary and spontaneous with minor things. In fact, overthinking unimportant things is a pretty illogical act.

Think of it this way: you have a limited amount if brainpower and willpower on any given day. Every choice you make excercises these. The logical thing to do would be to minimize expenditure on important things and maximize it for important things.

Basically, don't waste your precious thoughts on things that don't natter or you will lack them for things that do.

This is why zuck and serg where the same shirt everyday. It would be a waste of brain power to do otherwise.
