larger investments usually require higher cap stocks to trade because of this

Can someone tell me what's going on with ktov

I"m tired of holding and want to get into other stuff.
So far I have about 890 shares with an average of .49. I've held across the times it was .68 and what not and stayed strong. Everybody is wondering the same, it seems to be the most over hyped stock right now, everybody is buying but the stock loses steam as soon as it gains 5 to 10 percent.
Some annons are speculating stock manipulation, perhaps from the owners itself, this company is really deep in debt it has borrow too much in the last 5 years hopping to for good results and riding all on this nt219 shit their pitching.

Perhaps most of the money we're throwing at them is getting eaten by interest on their loans but they promise dividends this year so, this is a long, long haul in my book it might take another month until their consensis, shit is finalized and the money starts to get good, I am actually more worried when I should dump to re buy the dip.
This shit is pumping anywhere between Tuesday and next month I can almost guarentee you that, there is way too much hype around it and their molecule is actually pretty revolutionary, it'll give boomers another 6 months before they finally croak of their terminal cancer and you know boomers will throw down the kitchen sink out the window if it means they get to waste another 24 hours worth of good oxygen so there is money to be made once all the paper work is finalized

That's my plan for now. I'm in the process of getting rid of most of my material possesions and save up aggressively. I made some good gains with a swing trade this week but for now i'll try to save up so i can gamble in penny stocks with a larger amount which will be a small % of my total stack. It has a small market cap and heavy institutional ownership so it is pretty sensitive to the market as a whole. The spread is pretty wild sometimes and I constantly get super low priced orders filled. I was able to buy like 2k at $11 and sell at 16 and have been swinging it ever since. I genuinely am going to hold this stock until I retire though, just swinging it while I can lol.

No dilution was authorized so no new shares. My opinion is that if a r/s happens the buyout will be finalized within a couple days. I'm assuming the buyer is waiting to see if it does and will pick them up at a hefty discount after r/s.
