most eth dex's use etherdelta base code. even IDEX. IDEX doesn't use the smart contract functions when placing orders though and instead keeps track of that on their own servers....which is why it's a much faster and better experience than etherdelta. McAfeeDex is a literal clone though. same way forkdelta is the old etherdelta with a new front end.... it's all the same back end code.
