So early that there isn't a good way to store your shit without going through 5 different multisig wallets and having titanium mnemonic phrases dotted about your house, like a fucking mini game. Imagine it's like being in ancient greece when they first invented currency. People had no idea what to do with it.

I honestly think we won't see any mass adoption in our lifetime. Because of these problems. Some airgapped microchip in your wrist might be an option though.

It's quite simple really. First you write down you passphrase. Then you divide your passphrase using shamirs and write them down and then burn the original passphrase paper. Then you slowly drive yourself insane developing multiple personalitites and let the different personalities memorize different parts of the shamir and when they've memorized them you burn those papers too. Then finally you kill yourself to be absolutely sure they can't access your money.

Having it on an exchange is possibly the worst thing I could ever imagine. Why in anyones mind would you consider this?
Currently I am having trouble with an echange and waiting for my funds to be reutruned. And guess what? If they dont give me my money there is nothing I can do about it? (COSS Exchange!!!). Its only a small amount (about $1k of assorted shitcoins but it still matters).
I use another Australian exchange that is local to me, to hold a small amount that I regularly trade with only because I have personally staked out the exchange address and verified how the CEO exits the office. If they rob me of a significant figure we can have a 1 on 1.
But that is just a small amount fo trading. Excahnges are the most likely way for you to lose your coins. FFS u know the mantra "not your keys not your shitcoin".

Most people would not be able to effectively hide 10 million dollars in their house, but with crypto, you could fit a billion dollars of value or more in the palm of your hand. Therefore, you can hide this in places most common criminals would never think to look for cash.
