Xsn (stakenet) is developing the first lightning enabled DEX (not to be confused with CEXs larping as DEXs).

They have made a multicurrency light wallet.
The DEX is built-in to the wallet.
Thier DEX is hosted on XSN masternodes which require 15000xsn each.
They are also running the lightning network over the XSN masternodes rather than on BTC nodes (BTC nodes are still possible if you want to do it).
Their DEX has no KYC and extremely low fees due to lightning.

The DEX has been in Beta for around 8 months now and we have been told it will release by the end of this month.

You can test the DEX by going to their discord and asking to be put in the testing group.

XSN is only available for BTC on livecoin atm, however you will be able to purchase on the DEX after it's released.

XSN had no ICO, the current development team (X9) took over POSW and did a token swap. X9 has worked on Bitcoin core, dash and they helped the litecoin foundation with the lightning network.
