Name a single law that affected you negatively.
I can at least point to some strange new and ineffective gun laws, because I own a ton of them. But Brits cant even own a glock.

Meanwhile I can name like 50 things that improved and got easier. Yes, each country loses some power to a bigger parliament and gouvernment but life just got way easier for every individual and every business.
Especially because Germany forced its consumer protection laws on everyone, which are some of the best in the world.
I can go over to Milan to work, use my health insurance for free in Croatia and then sell stuff to a business in Romania without ever having to deal with any gouvernment or border.

>> No.19260396

Probably by looking at a chart... stuff on a strong downtrend tends to stay on a strong downtrend until some news or something reverses it. These companies will be in trouble for a while and their stock can keep dropping with more bankruptcy news. Sure they may recover one day and you can keep "buying the dips" every time but you will lose money in the short term holding these turds. Some may fold and others take their place, are you sure you're betting on the right ones?

Not necessarily. Imagine how many of those are flights that were canceled.

Imagine all the planes on the ground so they can service the 10% of demand. And temporally speaking, and politically speaking
there's so much uncertainty that will go forward. And by flu season, what's to say there isn't another lockdown, or that SD policies are reinforced, meaning half-cap flights. And then you've got to consider that isn't at all economical, and so they'll be handed some sort of fucked up ultimatum, maybe subsidized.

Alternatively, all the safeguards are eschewed and life returns to normal, except conscientious boomers don't use planes anymore. That's a major portion of airfare being cut away.

We'll see what precipitates out of this. Don't read anything I've said as certain, but you shouldn't have any certainty of your own either.

Any dumb zoomers here buy "the dip" in AMC?

>Since March 24, the day after the Fed announced its unprecedented stimulus programs, 23 companies have borrowed money in the public market at a rate of 9% or higher, according to data from Tom Graff, head of fixed income at Brown Advisory and from Refinitiv Eikon and MarketAxess.

>Of those 23, new bonds from pharmaceutical company Mallinckrodt (MNK.N), movie theater chain AMC Entertainment (AMC.N) and billboard giant Clear Channel Outdoor (CCO.N) are trading around 80 cents on the dollar, a 20 point fall in the two months since they were issued, the data showed.

>“Even with how quickly things are changing in this economy, to have a deal go sour in just a few weeks is shocking. Sometimes the huge coupon is a siren song,” said Graff.

>“I definitely think as the market wakes up to the reality that the Fed isn’t going to prevent defaults, and that there will be winners and losers, the junk bond market could get more challenging.”
