Not really. At this point it's like learning COBOL or Fortran. The language itself is awful so it would be better just to learn the concepts it operates on IMO. Of course you could make the argument that Solidity devs may be in demand later to maintain legacy smart contracts but I'm not so sure. Even ETH plans to move in the direction of WASM based contracts in the future and at that point it won't matter what language you choose.
