Imagine for a second that you’re buying something, whether that be online or in-person. Here’s the personal information that you give up:
>full name
>credit card number, expiration, CVV
>billing address
>bank account information (if using a checking account)
That money goes to every single vendor. Big and small - from Macy’s at the mall to a corner store at 2am.

We have countless examples of this going horribly:
>massive data breaches
>malicious employees
>credit card skimmers
>hacked bank accounts
One of the inherent problems with the financial system today is the requirement fro you to trust every single vendor with your personal information. An absolutely insane idea, if you think about it.

Proton XPR was built from the ground up to fix this:
>vendors only see your verified @name, no account information
>you control all transactions through pushes, approving or disapproving individually and instantly
>no need to carry credit cards, memorize bank account numbers, or any of that - just tell someone to charge your @name

The Proton team is deep in talks with several bank and payment processors to onboard them into this new system. Basically, it seems that these companies see the writing on the wall, know this sort of thing is inevitable, and want to be involved with a project from Day 1 so they can be better positioned.

We’re literally being given the chance to own the future of money before everyone else. Absolutely incredible opportunity.

This doesn’t even touch the other capabilities of Proton.
>wrapping currencies, both fiat and crypto alike
>easy and instantaneous exchange of currencies across borders, no matter what currency you start with or end with
>absolute financial security and privacy

It’s almost unbelievable how low the price is right now, but that’s purely because we’ve learned about this before they started marketing it. The whitepaper is being edited and cleaned up as we speak, this is as early of an entrance as you can make.

The price is $0.017 right now. Screenshot this post - months from now people will be kicking themselves for not being able to buy in at this low of a price.

Get ready everybody, things are about to get very comfy around here.

Couldn't someone else use your @name? Also, aren't people going to get this confused with XRP?

>> No.19232558

>>19232523
Apparently even if someone does use your @name, you still have to approve the transaction - safer than if someone get's your credit card number, which is automatically approved and you then have to put in the effort to dispute.

Also, XRP is a dying coin, too many big names in its space doing what they want to do much better. XRP will be forgotten very soon.

The lazy anon misses the train. It's ok if you don't think this will go anywhere, but if you see the potential of this and the chore of signing up turns you away, you deserve what you don't get.
