>25k saved
>no career, no college, no skills
>thinking about just giving up

I can't wage slave anymore. I save around 5k a year and it's becoming increasingly harder to save and every day my dollars erode. I don't know what to do, I'm too stupid for college, and i can't work with my hands. contrary to popular belief you actually have to have a couple neurons firing to learn a trade

I have no other options other than to have a full on coke and hookers blowout. it was fun bogposting with you guys but now i see no other option. I will never make it, i will never be middle class, i will never even be working poor as I can't even get a living wage job

I'm sick of wageslaving, I'm sick of saving, and "tightening my belt" it gets me nowhere. I'm sick of living with mom and dad but im too stupid to get a good job so what's the point? bye

This is why I'm afraid to have children. This exact reason. Tech will replace most jobs and make life meaningless. Millions of people will with college degrees will be struggling to find some kind of work to do in the coming years, and it wont be easy. Especially with mass immigration and diploma mills churning out graduates. The great replacement is coming and it will be one of the biggest challenges humanity will ever face.

I understand it's miserable. You need to find meaning for your life. Try being grateful for what you have. You are not a failure, you are struggling and bro I am too. I'm sick of living with mom and dad too dude it's just a slow process. Think of the pain you will leave to your mom and dad if you end it. Go find that guy you met that one day.

With 25k you could probably trade up to a decent stack and make money off of that and quit waging. Might take a while to get skilled and get your stack bigger though. I have less than you but I'm working on it.

Nothing in particular. I could have saved more from 18-22 if I didn't fuck around and spend it all on videogames and partying. but maybe thats okay, i made some fun memories with friends.

it really sucks though, 7 years of working and I have nothing to show for it. 25k can't get you anything, and my "skills" can afford me a job making $1-$2 above minimum, nothing to write home about. I keep trying to get into my friends jobs, trades, customer service roles, anything and everything, and I get rejected every time. My friend works at manufacturing plant. 40k salary, overtime up the ass, great benefits, and no college is required. he told me to stop being lazy and just work where he works. I applied there and the system auto-rejected me. he shrugged his shoulders at me.

I fucking hate my life. everyone gets everything handed to them and I have to 44 hours a week just to save $100. my siblings make good money selling drugs like what the fuck, and honest days work is meaningless now.

>Having this mindset
Ngmi

I'm 25 in June, have $25k in crypto, $7k in the bank, a $180k house, and around $230k in debt (Almost entirely home loan and student loans, plus a personal loan for crypto)

We are young my dude, you have to play high risk high reward in your 20s or you'll never make it. I did a highly diversified crypto portfolio in 2017 with $1k and turned it into $30k at the peak mania of the 2017 bull run. Saving money is foolish, you need to invest it or else you'll never get anywhere. You literally lose money by saving now due to COVID-19 and the crazy inflation that's coming from all the fed injections.

Buy 1 BTC, 32 ETH, and gamble the rest on shitcoins. And more importantly, never sell at a loss. Your mindset is going to kill your potential, I know it's depressing to wageslave (I currently am too) but if you start investing NOW then you can have enough to significantly change your life soon. Just buy crypto and wait 4 years, it's literally free money.

There arent many. Most service industries are just boomers billing clients $50/hr, spending $20/hr on laborers, $10 on managers, $10 on insurance, taxes, misc expenses, and pocketing the remaining $10 or investing it into marketing to grow their business.

The secret is that instead of waging for that $20/hr, you can start your own business and do the same shit for $40/hr+. Keep in mind that most employees are unmotivated. If you work 50% faster, that's $60/hr for the same job you were getting paid $20/hr at. Now add in tax writeoffs, and less payroll taxes, etc.. and you're prob at $65/hr for a $20/hr job.

As long as you own your own house, your kid can NEET it up pretty easily.

That's my plan. This life's a scam. If my parents would let me play Vidya and get stoned all day in their attic I wouldn't bother working. Modern reality is too scammy and cucked to expect 99% of men to play along with it and get their fair share.

That's why they are heavily conditioned from birth to wageslave. If you think logically you'd never do it.

You need to take 2k and go on an adventure.
I find that when i am stuck in mundane life doldrums its good to see the world, do somethng good for myself, change is the biggest motivator. Do something worthy and extravagant for yourself and i bet you will find strength to either continue on as you are of push yourself to learn something new and better yourself.

If not a LARP, you need to get out of your own head OP.

Step 1) You're obviously depressed. Use some of that $25K to get you some meds, or take a ballin' vacation.
>inb4 but muh savings is all I have
I know nigger but $25K sitting in cash obviously isn't doing anything for you either.

Step 2) Find out what you like to do that's productive. That you could sell as a service to others. Vidya is NOT productive and can't be sold as a service unless you're top 1% of gaymers.
>inb4 I don't know wut I could. I dunt have skillz and am dum
Then get some skills. Stop crying about not having any and start putting in the work. No one is going to give you anything.
Do you know how to write? Build a affiliate marketing site for video game accessories
If you don't then learn.
Do you know how to market? Build a e-commerce store for video game accessories
If you don't then learn.
Step 2 depends on you to stop making bullshit excuses for yourself and start putting in the work. Writing, marketing, copywriting, coding, IT, there are WAY too many lucrative skills that you can learn on the internet FOR FREE

Also, Step 2 will take a while. It's supposed to. You have to get out of the instant gratification mindset.
>I dunno how, anon
Limit your vidya time to 3/4ths of what you play now for the next week. Use that time to learn a skill - hell, use it to think and brainstorm about skills you'd like to learn or things that you would like to do and the skills that come with those respective things
Then limit down the next week.
Willpower is a muscle and programming your brain for delayed gratification is one of the workouts. Vidya is a willpower destroyer of worlds

>> No.19228363

Step 3) Use half of remainder of $25K to invest in yourself. Now that you've found a skill and you've built up your willpower.
KEEP BUILDING.
Rome wasn't build in a day and neither is success.
Start buying things that will help you advance said skill, or use skills and money to invest in entrepreneur venture (e-commerce, affiliate marketing, freelancing).

Step 4) Start earning money with skills. You've done the work, you got gud; now's the payoff. Find people that need your skills and sell yourself to them. For dirt cheap at first if you have to.
>upwork.com
>freelancer.com
When I started freelance copywriting, I took on jobs at $5/hr. Why? The experience, testimonials and connections. Do a good job and people are likely to hire you again even if it means at 2x your initial rate.

Step 5) Get the fuck out of mom and dad's house. It's a drain to your confidence; that much is evident. Once you've made some money in Step 4 and have a stable financial stream, either use what you've made or the remainder of the $25K to rent or buy a house.

Once you've done those 5 steps, come back to me, your wise senpai and I will give to you the next 5 steps.

tl;dr: Get out of your own way, OP. Do something to make yourself happy and remind yourself why life is worth living. Then use that moment as motivation to get to work and start developing a *money-making* skill. Skill turns into money, money turns into getting out of your dad's house, which turns into confidence and a feeling of success.

>PRO-TIP: The Self-Fulfilling Prophecy is real. Do not underestimate it. Every time you tell yourself you can't, you are making "I can't" that much more true. The inverse applies as well. Use it for your success, or don't and keep whining and end up at rock bottom of nowhere.
