I am someone who does think that Jeffrey Epstein is still alive, and that the Podesta emails do give some exposure to pedophilia terminology. But I'm really sure about blood sacrifices, harvesting adenochrome from children, or using them for disease treatment. Human sacrifice did happen in the past, and perhaps people did do it to harvest treatments/psychoactive substances from victims, but couldn't the things be isolated into drug form in the modern times.

I personally believe a lot of this stuff has to do with blackmail, rather than legit ritualistic stuff.
