you can afford to do this on a $5,000 kickstarter using chink components if you have any skill with soldering. you should be able to seed it yourself in a couple of months if you make $15/hour or more and save a little. unfortunately crypto isn't well regarded by the kinds of people who would be interested in a meme physical ticker.
Instead of doing manufacturing myself, I would probably just buy an LED sign and write some shitty software to use a free tier coinmarketcap api token. it would make a good project to put on a code monkey's portfolio
