Yes, but I can't find a definitive answer on how ACATS works.

If it just moves the 10 shares over, great. But what if it liquidates, holds the cash and then re-buys them in the new brokerage.

I don't think that's the case but I'm just looking for a definitive answer. I don't want to call my tax lawyer because it will cost me $100 to find out.
