What are some good jobs where I can learn good /biz/ related skills as a 17 y/o. Currently work at Sears as a cashier working minimum wage.

It's basically a ghost town now. I see the same customers everyday and recently big cuts have been made to where full time workers only work 20 hours week. Not only that, I am 1 out of the 4 cashiers in the whole store. They're saying that Sears in gonna be bankrupt by the end of 2017 so I'm out here looking for a new job now.
