Yea it's not useless but it is literally impossible to pump and dump. It's a low liquidity uniswap pool token that is meant to be bought and sold as tokenized options for insurance and hedging. There is literally no way to pump and dump. The only scam you can do with this is to mint a specific oToken that is essentially worthless (for example letting someone buy ETH at $400 that expires in the next week), setting a uniswap pool to sell those tokens at a ridiculously high price relative to what they actually should be worth, and then getting fools to buy it from you promising a massive pump.
