The Continuous Token Offering happens in a DecentralizedAutonomousTrust 7 smart contract, which is based on the Continuous Organization Whitepaper 9 published by Thibauld Favre 2.

A Continuous Token Offering (CTO) is a novel way for organizations to receive financing without releasing any equity or any governance rights. Dont knwo how aragon ownership works, but this DAO is done on DAOstack, which is more modular and a bit simpler to use.
